OUR CULTURE

Daphne Consulting does exist in order to create value and difference for four parties:

Self, Team, Work Partners and Daphne.
 
This is a dynamic, creative, friendly and respectful working environment. Employees have a lot in common which is a great involvement. 

Experiments and adaptation to change are the bonding materials within the organization. Team members are willing to take risks. The organization promotes individual initiative and freedom first; followed by teamwork, participation, and consensus as long as they are in no conflict with each other. Organization and team members are expected to empower each other.

The long-term goal is to grow and create new learnings. Success is defined within the framework of addressing the needs of the clients and caring for the people as well as the availability of new products or services that is built out of learning.

Leadership is a function that can be experienced by any team member in the defined field and the field definition is according to the team member’s skill set, life time interest and motivation for involvement. Leaders all across functionalities are proud of organization’s communication, efficiency-based coordination and result-oriented perception.

  • Responsibility:
​Responsibility is the ability to response. Our words are our responsibility. We believe that we are mostly responsible from ourselves, then from other parties. Hence, we gladly take responsibility for our actions and their consequences for all parties. This is the scope of responsibility at our work.

  • Pursue Growth & Learning:
​Just as people, businesses grow as they learn. Any experience presents an opportunity to learn. If we keep it to ourselves, we will go a mile but if we tell it to someone else, together we can reach the moon. This is why we pursue opportunities to learn, share and adapt. That is one of the key core elements how we grow together with the companies we work with.

  • Communication:
​We all live in one area and we affect each other. Each of our actions and choices are causing effect into others. We embrace that and comprehensively understand the value of direct, honest, clear and timely delivered information. Communication is a sine qua non and at the very core of our efficient work approach.

​Every action taken or not taken is a choice. We are aware of that and make our choices accordingly. All team members are free to make her own choice as long as it is in line with our values and work approach. This is one of the drivers that takes significant role in our growth.

​We focus on delivering results in any given situation. Despite change, we spend quality time to understand the need, the reasoning behind and the expected results. We avoid over analyzing. We think ahead, foresee and manage the change for involved parties to maximize the quality of results. 

  • Commitment:
​Commitment is where we consistently deliver on the promises we make to ourselves and others. We commit to every word we say. That’s why all of us, here at Daphne Consulting, give promises after planning carefully, then give our 100% to keep them or communicate beforehand. 

  • Curiosity:
​Curiosity helps us to clarify the need and to communicate better. We are curious to understand one and other and the situation. This helps us to be on the same page and always aware.

  • Be Data Driven and Business Judgement Led:
​In Daphne Consulting, it all starts and ends with data. We take the first action by insights from relevant data and define success or improvement points from relevant data as well. Educated guess and experience might be useful to take the first step when there is not enough data but risk taking and judgements can only be made when the calculations are made.

  • Leadership:
​We have a holistic approach to leadership. We all lead our lives and we believe everyone holds the leadership power in them whether aware or not. Here at Daphne, we encourage every team member to experience leadership by contributing to different sized projects according to the team member’s skill set, interest and motivation for involvement. We all aim to improve the key elements of Self-leadership and this is how we evaluate soft skills. 

  • Agility: 
​There is nothing permanent except change as quoted by famous Heraclitus. We constantly recheck the value statement and create solutions for the present. Agility is key for us in everyday life and in any project we work on. Our agility and power of adaptation is one of the biggest underlying factors for success in our customized services and our company growth.
